Lead Coach - Level 3 British Triathlon Coach
Leaving the corporate industry in 2011, Fiona built her career in professional coaching including personal training and endurance sports. Fiona is a BTF triathlon, SAF run and SSF swim coach.
Fiona has a strong client base of age group athletes competing in National and European sprint to Ironman distances and ultra marathons such as the iconic Highland Fling and West Highland Way. She worked for Scottish Triathlon coaching youth athletes on the Performance Pathway and attended the Commonwealth Games 2022 with the Achieve Programme.
Competing at European level in her age category in 70.3 and having podium finishes in xtri events, she has a passion for longer distance and off-road events.
Coach - Level 2 British Triathlon Coach
Together with four years of Triathlon coaching experience, Rory has competed in elite level triathlon for the past ten years, seeing him contend with the best in the country over the sprint and Olympic distance. Throughout his journey he’s achieved multiple podium finishes at Scottish national championship events and has most recently become this year’s Scottish Students triathlon Champion.
Since graduating from the University of Stirling with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, Rory has re-directed his focus to becoming a full-time triathlon coach with the aim of utilising his university degree and racing experience to support athletes, of all ages and abilities, in the pursuit of their goals.
