At Project 3 we offer Training Plans and fully comprehensive coaching in triathlon and the individual endurance sports of swim, bike and run. ​

We have two tailored programmes offering a professional service for all abilities. Choose one of our highly qualified coaches to work with to help maximize your full potential.  Additionally, please email us if you would prefer a 121 meeting for one of the disciplines or a one off training programme for an event.

Basic Plan

£95 Per Month

PLANNING session via email or phone to establish race goals.

ONLINE progressive training programme towards your goal distance.

4-WEEKLY coach contact to discuss progress and tailor group programme.

TRAINING SESSIONS in swim, bike, run and conditioning to fit your busy week.

FREE access to the basic training application, Training Peaks. 

ACCESS to Project 3 COMMUNITY through online activity, Whatsapp and group sessions​.

Bespoke Coaching

£140 Per Month

Personal Coached Programme

NUTRITIONAL advice for training and competing. 

FREE access to the premium training application, Training Peaks. 

WEEKLY online analysis, support and feedback.
1-2-1 or zoom meeting every 4 weeks. ​
